Elements and Performance Criteria
- Determine job requirements
- Comply with work health and safety (WHS) requirements at all times
- Review available standards
- Identify and select the appropriate standard that may have relevance to the job
- Interpret standard and application of standard to the job
- Compile specifications which will ensure job meets standard
- Undertake required work
- Ensure any required testing/metrics gathering is undertaken
- Monitor production to ensure it complies with the procedures and minimise waste
- Check conformance to standard, as required
- Identify areas for improvement and take appropriate actions
- Complete any required documentation/reporting according to SOPs
